We know that COVID-19 (coronavirus) has created uncertainty and challenges for many of our Members. During these trying times, we want you to know your OnStar service will be there for you, as always. Help or information is only a button-push away. We have taken steps to ensure our Advisors are safe and are available to you 24/7.

 

And because this is a situation that affects us all, we are turning on Crisis Assist* for all current Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac owners. Help or information is only a button-push away.

 

OnStar continues to support our Members during this pandemic, providing a variety of resources:

 

  • Emergency-Certified Advisors follow COVID-19 specific guidelines. Advisors can screen for COVID-19 symptoms and communicate that information to first responders when you need help.
  • Advisors can provide routing assistance to COVID-19 testing facilities near you.
  • A 24/7 Command Centre that is monitoring information from national health agencies and public safety professional associations for the most recent COVID-19 information.

 

While we advise our Members to stay home, if you need to travel, please follow government recommendations and maintain at least a 2-metre distance from others. When you need to be out, the services below can help you along the way:

 

  • Stay connected to news and loved ones with available apps and available in-vehicle Wi-Fi Hotspot.
  • Use your vehicle’s mobile app to schedule service with your Dealer.

 

Please know that we are prioritizing critical Member needs during this time to ensure emergency support is delivered without delay. During this time, you could experience longer than expected wait times.
